As a way to share more about optional extras, here is the first in a series of factory options.

This seems to be a rare choice. I have only seen it in a few vehicles. I guess if I was a CEO I would rather have my assistant squint while taking notes. Instead of disturbing my personal ambiance with 24 bright white LEDs.
As of writing it looks to still be available for order from Toyota. From the 2005 Toyota Brochure:

A dedicated reading light is available in the rear seats. Uses a bright white LED with less flicker.
